Hello, my name is Josiah. I have been in the automotive industry my whole life, but professionally since 2014. I started off as a lube tech doing oil changes to becoming a line technician that rebuilt engines and diagnosed customer complaints. Then I left the automotive industry to help my wife start a business, where I experienced firsthand customer relations and responsibilities. I have now found myself coming back to my roots in the automotive field where I understand an enjoy what I do.

I just bought this truck in January. Now it has a recall. So I called and asked them about the repair. They said yes there is a recall and made an appointment for me to come in to repair Now it has a recall. So I called and asked them about the repair. They said yes there is a recall and made an appointment for me to come in to repair the grill. I went in on the day schedule. Sat there for almost 2 hours. Only for them to tell me. I will have to come back. Because they have to order a new grill. They also took the top half of the grill off. So now it looks like. I have been in an accident. Just poor service and a poorly managed service and car dealership. More
