I had an ok experience. I’m thankful to have found the car I wanted but there was a lot of miscommunication. I feel like long story short I was taken advantage of and there I’m thankful to have found the car I wanted but there was a lot of miscommunication. I feel like long story short I was taken advantage of and there was no empathy or kindness overall when trying to resolve issues. The service department had poor customer service especially after coming in two weeks after buy a new car to fix my tire. The finance department also did not allow for me to express my concerns openly and was talked over and rushed to get out. I don’t think I will recommend Toyota of Rockwall especially for new time car buyers. More

Decent experience for the most part. Josue was up front during the sales process. He told me the passenger side mirror was broken but they would fix it. When I took possession of the vehicle it was repaired but the antenna was broken off. I had to drill out the broken thread and buy a replacement. Also, I got signed up for CarRX, even though I said I didn’t want it and declined it on the sales sheet. More
