Went to two other dealerships before coming to Rockwall. I researched what a fair price would be for truck and for my trade. Other dealerships gave me the runaround. Not here. Manager came out with salesman when I was ready to talk about a deal. He presented me with their sales price, I told him it was good, but the trade offer was too low. He came back and gave me what I wanted for my trade and did not charge me for the dealer pack on items. Easy, Peasy. Financing part was the hardest and took the longest. More

They DO NOT stand behind their products. We bought a vehicle for $30,000 with 25k miles on it and were told it was in great condition, tip top. Less than 24 hours later the transmission isn’t working correctly. Took a week of emailing and calling the GM, Tony Yazbeck, and manager, Steve Powell, multiple times to call us back. Tony still hasn’t...maybe he doesn’t work there anymore because of his lack of communication skills. When we finally had a *brief* conversation with Steve Powell, after a week, we are given ridiculous excuses and passing the buck, and once again haven’t heard from anyone to rectify the situation. We had to pay almost $700 to flush the transmission fluid and it still shudders. They are either incompetent, and don’t fully check their trade-in vehicles, or have no problem selling them on their lot, knowing there’s a problem, and simply don’t care. More
