Between Mark and JP Carlo we were able to close the deal with only a little of back and forth haggling for the best price. For this team alone I would go back to Imperial. After picking up my new Jeep there were a few minor things missing and Marc was all over it and got it resolved quickly! I wish the finance guy put half the efforts into the deal as these guys did, but Overall I am still extremely happy with my purchase and experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone. After walking the lot for approximately ten minutes, Rami Awad approached us and asked if we needed help. He helped us find the vehicle that was right for us, and was very professional during the process. After identifying the car we wanted to buy, securing financing was the next step, and we never knew how fortunate we would be when we were walked back in to Karyn Ingram's office. Normally financing is a painful experience, however, Karyn provided step by step guidance and education with helpful tips on how to improve your credit score, as well as money saving tips that can result in cash in your pocket instead of the financing company's. Imperial provides everything you need and more in a car dealership. There is no reason to shop for a vehicle anywhere else. I'm sure i'll be back in four more years for another new vehicle. I did some online shopping, received finance offers in the mail & thought perhaps now is a good time to check things out and see what if anything may work. I was driving a very reliable, do as it should 2008 Ford Taurus, that I also purchased from Imperial Chrysler. There was nothing wrong with the car it still ran & looked pretty good (a good vacuuming would not have hurt it but truly any issues were cosmetic), I did not NEED a new car. However there are specific reasons I choose this dealership repeatedly & at the top of my list are Karyn Ingram, JP Carlo & Rick Panorese. If honesty, integrity and simply put being treated as a person, not a cog in an assembly line of getting folks into any car and out the door are things you require for your car buying experience stop at Imperial Chrysler. The dealership is busy (that happens when you're good at what you do) but I was never rushed or forgotten about, even better my choices were not limited because my financing was JP, Karyn & Rick wanted to make sure the car I chose I LOVED & JP was quick to reassure me if it did not work there were others. This was not a one & done if it doesn't work we're done with you. Karyn...I want people reading this to understand I'm not into writing reviews or being overly complimentary, Karyn is the real deal, period. She has never over promised and under delivered. She is exceptional at what she does and those she comes into contact with reap the benefits, she is an incredible asset. Anyone can do a job Karyn inspires customer loyalty, JP & Rick Panorese do the same! Rick delivered my car, explained everything, said what he meant and meant what he said. I LOVE my new black on black Chrysler 200. Imperial is it for me, I highly recommend them and these people in particular. Exemplary experience. More
