We discovered the next morning, panicked, and called Imperial back. They did everything they could to get us into the right car (even at an expense of several thousand dollars to them). They made a situation we thought would be disastrous into nothing more than a mere hiccup. They made sure we were happy and that we got exactly what we needed. Ed Kelly along with JP Carlo worked non stop to find the right vehicle for myself and my family. After finding it and Rami Awad was able to work with the right bank to make sure I drove away in a brand new Rubicon. Not only did they find me the perfect jeep, there was no pressure to buy anything I didn't want. Also, when it was time to do the finance, no meant no! I was not pressured to get any additional services or policies that I did not want. Overall, I'd highly recommend buying anything Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge from these men! More

I test drove 2 Ram pick up trucks, a 6 and 8 cyl to see which one was better for my needs. I was really comfortable with David. I did not buy at that time and I ended up visiting some other dealerships for pricing and trade appraisals. When I returned at a later time, I would meet JP a sales manager to work out the specifics and ended up with Mike in finance. All the way through the process it was a great experience. Aaron, another sales manager answered one of the post sale questions I had. I have had a lot of experience buying cars over the years and this was one of the best overall experiences I had when buying a car. I would highly recommend this dealership based upon my personal experience with them. More

After I knew what I wanted to buy, JP was able to give me a great price and made sure he was able to qualify me for all of the rebates available. I saw Karyn quikly after to secure financing and make sure my payment was exactly what I thought. I came back the next day for the family to see and the kids loved the showroom, with the whole staff making it a very inviting atmosphere. I know this sounds like a commercial but they really made this a great experience and I will definitely buy from them again. I bought a Jeep Cherokee that needed a windshield and my experience with this dealership was not going very well after a month of difficulty attaining a windshield. JP contacted me to find out what was happening and helped to push the windshield delivery so that I could finally pick up my new car! He was incredibly helpful and kept me informed on what was happening with the car. JP was intent on improving the situation and he really did! He offered to pick up the first months car payment since I wasn't able to get the car until over a month after purchase. I'm very happy with the Cherokee and how the whole situation turned out! I would certainly recommend doing business with this dealership, as it became clear that their customers are important to them. More
