He made sure that we were happy with our purchase and took extra care to make sure we left with a safe vehicle, as we were buying an older Jeep for our daughters first car. We had to wait a little while for the title to come in, but he was always in communication keeping us updated every step of the way.He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and we look forward to working with him again in the near future! All of the employees were wearing masks, the place was (and always is) clean, & there was plenty of availability to hand sanitizer. JP was phenomenal to work with! He took care of my family and I quickly while still being super attentive and informative. As I was there working with him there were other people waiting just to get serviced and I quickly while still being super attentive and informative. I drove an hour from Lawrence to see this particular vehicle and he made sure everything was taking cared of. One small issue occurred (issue out of his control) and he made sure to assist us throughout it all AND drive the vehicle out for me when he did not have to do that!
