I have always been satisfied with their customer service and repairs. Which to me is as important as the sales department. So my truck was getting up in mileage, it was still running Great but needed an investment to keep it going. After deciding to purchase one more truck before I retire my wife and I decided now is the time. So I certainly thought of Imperial right away. After breakfast at the Mss Mendon diner we stopped in. We met Russell, who was one of the only young sales people who approached us in a friendly non-pressure way. Maybe it was just his timing, but we went for a few test rides, and low and behold. Ended up with a 2500, Ram that my wife spotted right in the show room. It was last years 2018, and it's a beauty. Also,met with JP, his manager, who my wife and I had the pleasure dealing with years ago. The conversations over the next 24 hrs and research I did confirmed we were getting a descent deal, and I can honestly say it was a pretty smooth transition. More

JP and Junior put three different options together for me despite the challenge of the situation I was in. After thoroughly looking at all three options I made my decision. I got approved by the bank right away I was given rebates on a selected qualified vehicle and was able to get an SUV loaded with features at a fair price. The Dealership wasted no time! They were able to get the pay off amount immediately and also were able to assess the vehicle to determine the value. The reason why I love the dealership is because they have great salesmen!
