The following weekend, I brought him to Imperial Jeep, where Jim helped us, and it was night and day difference. So much knowledge, respect, and comfort, it was a completely different feel. Plus, they had the right Jeep, with the right options, at a much better price and deal. Not a lot of back and forth, just an excellent price and overall good feeling. I Bought my wife's car at Imperial a couple years ago. There was a "he said-she said" situation where I was told I would receive something, but didn't. The salesman was incorrect, but it was a "too bad" type scenario. I emailed the owner (Marty Meehan) and complained. HE was the one who called me back. NOT an employee, but the actual owner. He rectified the situation as we came to a more than fair scenario. So, I went from never on planning to buy another car there, to buying another one Friday night. Everyone was great. Karyn in finance was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with as well as the salesman (Jon) and the manager (JP). Highly recommend the Jeep Grand Cherokee as well!!!! More
