Made a quick phone call over to the Keizer store and brent answered and checked with jp to see if they could get me in, told me to come right on in and they will get it taken care of! Put the spare on and went in. I was there for all of a half hour and fixed the tire and out the door I went!! They are awesome! More

"Another flat tire" I had a flat in August so we put four new tires on (it was time). JP recommended the tires, gave me a great price and told me they have a road hazard I had a flat in August so we put four new tires on (it was time). JP recommended the tires, gave me a great price and told me they have a road hazard warranty (something I would never have thought of). Who would know that 3 months later that would that would come into play--another flat tire, this one a razor blade that damaged my brand new tire so much it was not able to be fixed. One call to JP & Jen had me in and out with a brand new tire in less than an hour--at no charge!! This is just the most recent example of the incredible way that JP, Jen. Brent, and all the techs have taken care of me and my cars for years. Thanks to all of you !! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jenny B More

Great First Experience This was the first servicing for my new 2017 F-150. I chose the Keizer location, because they were able to get me in for the servicing the same day. There was a very friendly staff and comfortable waiting room. I appreciate the excellent work JP completed on my truck and look forward to working with this branch again. More

Will charge you as much as they possibly can and not do a quality job. My parents car had to be brought back in a week after they completed their work. I'm not just upset because my parents spent a lot of unnecessary money that they don't have... I'm frustrated because I KNOW the dealership did my parents wrong. I have an AAS Degree in Automotive Technology and I make my living as a mechanic. It's disappointing to see my parents being taken advantage of by the people they swear are honest and reputable and can do no wrong. In the industry shops rely on "upselling" maintenance to the vehicles that come in to be fixed. Well skyline Ford is very good at it so just be aware that your going to get more fixed than what originally brought the car in for... More
