I have been coming to Infiniti for a few years and have always received great service. I want to recognize Michael Cescato. JP is very attentive and provides excellent customer service. He made sure I understood everything pertaining to the vehicle of purchase. When I had a change of heart about which vehicle I wanted, he made sure he was at the dealership to switch me out and have everything prepared when I got there. My problem was not resolved. The service department shaved the rusted rotors on my instead of replacing them. I still hear a scrubbing sound and a rattling noise under the hood. I made an appointment for these specific issues and my day, time and gas was wasted just for me to have to come back on my day off to handle what should have been taken care of for this first appointment. I had the car a week and I pay a car note with extended warranty service to have freedom of knowing that if anything go wrong with my vehicle, it will be covered. More
