Very poor customer service. No plates since march 8th no title & no callbacks. Bad dealer customer service. No one can give us any feedback on the title which was paid for and No plates since march 8th no title & no callbacks. Bad dealer customer service. No one can give us any feedback on the title which was paid for and still no license plate. Paper tags will run out on May 9th. Title has not been transferred according to Travis county but the dealership has no knowledge of doing this or even how to get real plates. I would never recommend this dealer. More

Bunch of busy people running around with smiling faces just ready to help with anything you need. I live out of town and although they wouldingt exactly give me a firm price on my trade the did give me an just ready to help with anything you need. Absolutely the BEST experience I have had with a dealership. They did everything so flawlessly when I bought my car and then really stepped it up when I was hit and my car was totaled. Nonstop calls and texts The people there are hard workers but they take it to the extreme in my opinion. I had inquired about a vehicle and had made arrangements about making a visit to the dealership with salesperson Jeremy Brumley. I understand a phone call and txt message to check if the appointment was still a go but, to do it multiple times a day back to back was aggravating. I chose to cancel the appointment. A few weeks later I decided to inquire about the vehicle again and this time the finance manager, Mr. Castillo, Jr, answered my inquiry by email and tx. I told him I was interested and could make a visit to the location the next day or so due to my schedule. After that was cleared I started to receive back to back txt from Mr. Castillo about how much money do I have to put down, again asking when can I come in, if I was on the other end of the phone since because I wasn't replying fast enough. I still have the the txt messages from Mr. Castillo on my person. I responded," I don't talk specifics on txt message and that was a face to face situation. Also, it was nonprofessional of him a sales person and he should known that. I told him that I would consult with one person for now on. His response was, "Please just ask for that person for now on." I understand its a business and they want a sale but not everyone operates the same way. More
