Not Reliable Unorganized, Changing positions and no clear communications between salesman and management. Especially do not respect customer time and appointments. I have to come 3 times to sign the papers, and every time they give different excuse. I had to spent my Thanks giving night in the dealership...I'm so Disappointed. More

Over the Top Customer Service I very rarely feel inclined to write a review , but when I recieved world class customer service like I did with J.R at Hawthorne Chevy I felt it was I very rarely feel inclined to write a review , but when I recieved world class customer service like I did with J.R at Hawthorne Chevy I felt it was my job to share the experience. J.R. jumped through hoops to get me the car I wanted at a price that fit my needs. He was honest, kept his word, and had me out of the dealership in my brand new Traverse faster than any of my previous leasing dealerships. I'd give 10 stars if I could and I'd recommend J.R. and Hawthorne Chevy to all my family and friends. More
