At this time, the car was not even ready to be placed on the lot for sale. It was still being detailed. I reached out and JR responded quickly. He was willing to help me in any way, even allowing me to view the car while in the middle of being cleaned! I would definitely recommend JR to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Customer Service I recently brought car in from Carthage, MO for oil change and filter, computer update. Pick car up all ok, drove back to Carthage fine. Next day we took a drive and tried to use the cruise control. It had been disengaged by the update. Called service and they I would need to bring it back in. Said there was nothing he could do for us. I called my salesman JR, and he right away knew what the problem was and walked me through it on the phone. Good customer service on the sales side poor customer service on the service side. It’s pretty obvious that there is a need of some training on the service side. Sorry about the bad review. More
