There is no comparison to the way we & our car are treated while we're there. It's as if we're royalty. Chris Eckert knows our needs & keeps us informed. We appreciate that very much. JR Marchbank made the finance process as painless and understandable as possible (no small feat when dealing with a couple who thinks finance is a foreign language). Mechanic Chuck Loader explains what is to be done to our car & takes great pride in the task. We never wonder if the job will be done & done right.
