As soon as we entered the building we were warmly and sincerely greeted. Long story short. We leased a new Pilot from J.R. The entire customer experience was great. Unfortunately this was a poor experience with salesperson “J.R.” Due to lack of follow up! My retired mother purchased a vehicle here over 5 months ago to still NOT have her second key. According to JR the k “J.R.” Due to lack of follow up! My retired mother purchased a vehicle here over 5 months ago to still NOT have her second key. According to JR the key was supposed to be mailed out 2 weeks ago but “I don’t know what happened, someone must’ve forgotten to send it out” When he was called out on his mistakes and lack of follow up; he couldn’t even rectify the situation. I asked for the key to be over night mailed to my mother and he laughed and said he wasn’t doing that. It’s unfortunate the lack of professionalism and salesmanship that still seems to be on going in the car industry. No key was mailed out. When we asked to speak to a member of management, his response was he was the only one to speak to about the situation. However, none of this was his fault. What a joke! Way to be just another car salesperson JR! Highly DO NOT recommend Greg May Honda and JR. More
