We were given a price which when mentioned to other dealers, they told once you reach there, price will not be honored. We still went there and it was matched to the dollar. Jab and Mohit were very courteous and the whole process was very smooth. Jab took us on a test drive and got the car ready while the paperwork was being done. Till the time we left dealership, he took care of our needs. I definitely will recommend Jab to anyone. The dealership is also excellent in terms of conveniences offered. I had a 4 year old with me and she could play there easily while we were doing paperwork making it easy for us to get things done. 1 hour drive was worth it. More

Rab had great customer service. He was very nice and was easy to work with. The dealership itself is very high tech with computers to use while you wait and coffee and tea. My family purchased a Honda Oddysey from Valley Honda in October of this year. My process began seveal months earlier with my own research. When the time to purchase arrived we began at the dealer closest October of this year. My process began seveal months earlier with my own research. When the time to purchase arrived we began at the dealer closest to our home and walked in with every intention of writing a check on the first day. We were given a price with essentially no room for negotiations as we were told that the Oddysey's were in such demand and supply was so low that they could get the price they offered even if we didn't buy. A week later about one hour prior to returning to said dealership I went to Edmunds.com and requested price quotes from all dealerships in our area and specifically requested a text message back with the lowest price available. Out of six dealerships I requested info from three responded. Two by email and one by text as I requested. The one dealership that responded as I requested was Valley Honda, specifically, Jab Rahman. Not only that, but his price was the best I received and bettered the price I was originally quoted by more than $2000. As the vehicles had not even been produced yet he was unsure of what stock would be with his next shipment but if one was what we wanted, he would put our name on it with a minimal deposit. Roughly a week later he called and said one was what we requested and it was ours, but it would probably be 6-8 weeks until arrival. During that time frame we received numerous updates on the status of production and delivery dates and continued to feel as though we were being serviced the entire time. The day of pickup was simple and straight forward despite being a busy Saturday. The vehicle was exactly as we had requested and ready upon our arrival. We had the opportunity to meet Jab's sales manager as well as the dealership owner both of whom were polite and obviously service oriented. Even sitting down with the accounting department and filling out the paper work was painless (I've had bad experiences at other dealerships). A couple of hours at the dealership and we were out the door with our new car. When our next purchase occurs, I will be working with Valley Honda and Jab as this was by far the best vehicle purchase event I have ever had. More

They were fast with the paper work and did not pressure me at any point in the negotiation process. Originally we were not planning on purchasing a Honda thinking that they were out of our price range. We stopped at the dealership on the spur of the moment thinking we’d head in and be out right away. thinking that they were out of our price range. We were greeted by our sales representative Jab Rahman who was pleasant and helpful without being pushy. He showed us the two lower priced Honda Odyssey vans. He demonstrated how all the parts worked paying particular attention to the back rows of seats. We have two daughters and two large dogs so being able to manipulate the back seats was important to us. Jab along with his sales manger gave us an extremely good deal that surprised us. After thinking it over we returned to purchase the mid priced van. So far we’re very happy with the van. It works well for car pooling as well as hauling home large objects. Overall our purchase experience was a great one. We have already recommended Jab to several friends who are looking for new cars. We hope he is still at Valley Honda in when we need a new car. More

We had been looking for a nice, used Honda Civic Coupe for our son for a while. When we found a car on autotrader.com, Jab went out of his way to follow up with us. It would have been easy to dismiss this car because of the distance from our home, but Jab reassured us that we would not be disappointed. We had to travel almost 5 hours to get to their dealership, and when we arrived, we were greeted by Jab. He had come in, even though it was his day off. He helped us find the BEST CAR, we couldn't be happier. It was even better than described on autotrader and Jab was right, we were not disappointed! The dealership is well appointed, we were very comfortable while we were waiting for all of the processing to go through. Very clean, great T.V. area, with awesome coffee. There were even laptops for customers to use, if wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone looking for a car, and I would give Jab's name. Jab was very professional but friendly. It was like we had known him all along, and he was genuine. Roxanne, the financial person, was a great help too. I will be shopping for another car in less than 2 years, for our daughter, and would travel the distance again to get that great customer service. I hope that Jab is there, I trust him. More
