Maus Nissan, Not true, your staff never offered to go over the paperwork with me. Your staff told me an amount that you offered and that I would need to sign a waiver. Your staff said Nissan Maus would be willing to cover the Maus care package and that was it. I declined because I am asking for reimbursement of the Maus care along with the ABS modular and Control Arm I was billed for and 7 months later, after an almost 5k job, to need a new car 11 months later. I do not know about anyone else, but I would have purchased a new car that day instead of giving Nissan Maus that amount of money and then purchasing an overpriced new car 11 months later. And someone keeps saying I came in for a battery. No, I came in for one thing only, and it was my ABS light. The only thing I told the service advisor this day was I am bringing in my vehicle due to my ABS. The service advisor wrote what they wanted to write on the report. Nissan Maus advisor said my car would not start unless I brought a new battery. And then my car did not start, Nissan Maus put me in a rental because there was a problem with the battery draining. Funny thing the battery was only 1.5 yrs old and of course purchased from Nissan Maus. I would not have brought a battery if the service advisor never said my car would not move without it. I do not know anything about cars, but I knew I had to go to work to pay the money on the credit card I swiped to fix a car, that was not working less than a year later. While being told if I paid the little over $5k it would. If you would like to settle the Maus Care, I am willing to come in regarding this. If you want me to accept the offer and sign my rights away regarding the ABS modular and Control Arm, then again, I say no thank you. Because I do not have much and I chose to come to Nissan Maus and pay them whatever they charged, trusting I was paying for services rendered. Until I received proof, they were not completing the work they were billing for. Thank you for your time and response, LaShawn
