My service advisor was proactive in communicating the items being trouble shot, the potential cost of repairing such items, and estimated time of completion. He coordinated a ride share service when my items being trouble shot, the potential cost of repairing such items, and estimated time of completion. He coordinated a ride share service when my car did not look like it would be completed prior to close of business, and also followed up with when he was able to work with the mechanics to get the service completed so I could drive my car home, therefore, not needing the ride service. My vehicle was detailed, and ready for me at the expedited completion time. I was kept appraised of changes via SMS and telephone. More
