Ralph was my salesperson and really took the time to make sure I was getting the car I really wanted, all while staying in a budget I felt comfortable with. Parker and Jack also made the paperwork process easy and flawless. I also have to mention Andi. She was so much fun to sit in my new car with as she went over all the features. I was so thrilled with my experience here. Beautiful dealership with an incredible staff inhabiting it! I love my new 2025 Subaru Forester Sport. Thank you Premier Subaru of Branford, Connecticut! We just met Jack in finance, and he was very helpful to explain the options we had available to us. We now have three Subaru's and my daughter and husband have two. Subarus have excellent resale value, so we eventually decided to buy a new car (one of the remaining models from the last year) rather than used. We negotiated about the final price a bit, and in the end it felt like a win-win for both us and the guys who worked with us. Also: we toured their service department, since we'll be coming their for maintenance. I have to say, their garage is the cleanest I have ever seen. Very impressive. More

Even the one add on I didn’t want was taken off quickly without any push back. I asked if they could include the all weather mats. They agreed during the test drive but as it turns out the car already came with them so they just took the price of the mats off the car since they promised them. Something they didn’t have to do but was very nice of them. Gives me confidence that they are not out to nickel and dime the customers. Between the both trips to the dealer I was in and out in less than 3 hours total. My sales person Jeremy was amazing and easy to talk to. I’ve already ordered a couple add in from the service dept and that experience was also great. Buying a new car doesn’t get easier. More
