Impossible to get anyone from the service department on the phone. Tried leaving messages, online chat, sending a comment thru the website - nothing works and I never got a call back. Excellent dealership! I went to a few other dealers and none were as friendly or straightforward as the guys at Heritage Hyundai. They were the cheapest and didn't add on I went to a few other dealers and none were as friendly or straightforward as the guys at Heritage Hyundai. They were the cheapest and didn't add on any addons that I never asked for. Jack,Raj and team stated an hour and a half after closing to finish the paperwork and I would go to them again in a heartbeat if I needed another vehicle. More

Jack was teriffic from the initial point of contact, through the post sale of my car. Even though the current location is under construction, the temporary office space provided an exceptional customer through the post sale of my car. Even though the current location is under construction, the temporary office space provided an exceptional customer service experience. I also worked with Walt (I believe) the general manager. He was courteous, understanding of my needs- and provided a mutually beneficial sales experience.
