I was on the Schuylkill Expressway with friends, far from home and at the end of the work day, when I got a flat tire on my new 2023 Toyota. This dealership are liars and beware of them because they sell vehicles to people that was not properly inspected and will charge high prices. They claim my car that I purchase from them pass inspection whe sell vehicles to people that was not properly inspected and will charge high prices. They claim my car that I purchase from them pass inspection when I purchase it but this year I couldn't pass inpection because Conicelli Springfield said OBD was not communicating with my car.but the computer was. These people will lie to get money and have gave me the run around. Charge me for a rental for one day when they suppose to pay for it and gave me stickers that have exempt on one of them. Told me because a a slight minor accident that when I come back next for an inspection again they will have to check my trunk near the small was which has been fix( the sensor might be out back there and the repair and taking my car apart will start at the price of $628 to start. I will not be doing any future business with these money hunger people again..... They are crooks....... More

When it was time for me to look at cars I went straight to conicelli Springfield. My family has been dealing with them for over a decade and they have never been anything but helpful courteous kind and wil to conicelli Springfield. We've never had any problems , and the way they treated by my parents was with such kindness and respect. Taking their car yearly for the Pennsylvania inspection and quarterly for the windshield treatment I really had a chance to observe the way they operated on a regular basis. I knew that when I was ready Conecelli is where I was going to shop. Bill it was great to work with. He clearly explained all the mechanical and warranty parts of the package, and kept me posted on the status of my new vehicle''s delivery date. Customers for life! More
