Misinformed repair Although you guys were friendly, you all missed a simple repair I asked for... My drivers side window would not stay closed when I closed the window. Although you guys were friendly, you all missed a simple repair I asked for... My drivers side window would not stay closed when I closed the window. I asked them to look at it, and they said they tried to reprogram the window and it wouldnt work. Had I chosen to move ahead with that repair, they would have charged me for a new part..... I did fix it myself by reprogramming it with the window switch... I am surprised that a Ford shop working on a Ford car did not know or were hiding that simple repair from me and trying to charge me. I always use caution, and its a good thing I did... More

three strikes you're out! was a regular customer until I realized I keep paying for the same problem that never get's fixed. after throwing a couple 0f thousands at the problem was a regular customer until I realized I keep paying for the same problem that never get's fixed. after throwing a couple 0f thousands at the problem, the service personel suggest I replace the item for a couple of thousand which means I would have spent 4,000-the price of a good used car- for a job and part that shouldn't cost no more than 200 dollars. Happy experience at Tropical Ford We visited Tropical Ford dealership hoping to purchase a vehicle. As we entered the front door we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist. We visited Tropical Ford dealership hoping to purchase a vehicle. As we entered the front door we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist. We gave her the reason for our visit and she immediately called a salesman to help us. We met Jason Sholes who was very nice also. He took time to listen to what type of vehicle we were in search of and took us to see what was available. After looking and listening as he shared his knowledge of the vehicles we were able to make a selection. What a great experience. We felt good about our experience because we didn't have to spend countless hours having to wait around for service. More
