GREAT SERVICE I went to this dealership not knowing what I wanted and as I walk in Devon approached me. He asked me what I wanted and I told him I had no idea, I j I went to this dealership not knowing what I wanted and as I walk in Devon approached me. He asked me what I wanted and I told him I had no idea, I just wanted a reasonable car. He took me straight to three SUVs and I fell in love with my grey Escape and I told him that's the one mind you he did not know I love SUVs. Jack Grace and Jose Gutierrez made sure I was comfortable with my choice and the financing was done quickly and effortlessly. I would recommend this dealership and these guys to anyone...which I am doing now... More

Easiest car purchase of my life I went to tropical Ford two days ago, almost at the closing of business hours, looking for a second car. I was promptly greeted by Tony, who dedicated I went to tropical Ford two days ago, almost at the closing of business hours, looking for a second car. I was promptly greeted by Tony, who dedicated all of his time to me, answer questions and walked all over the parking lot looking for a fit to my request. He didn't give me a sales speech, he went straight to the point of understanding what I was looking for and found an exact match to what I wanted. For that I'm grateful. Once thing I loved from this experience is that nobody pushed me to buy anything, and that may be very comfortable. They told me once they get approval they would call me to see if I wanted to proceed. And it did work out. From Tony, to His manager Jack, and the finance with Jonathan, I had a great experience and look forward to do future business with them. More
