Received excellent service from everyone at Tropical Ford. We visited Tropical Ford today and our experience was very positive. Our sales person was Vitalie Munteanu who was very helpful. Vitalie was not a pushy salesman. He was very courteous and genuinely concern making happy and satisfied. Because of the way he treated us we ended up purchasing a vehicle. The manager Jack and the finance person Jonathan were both very personable and professional. The process was very smooth and it was a pleasure working with everyone. This is our first purchase at Tropical Ford and definitely recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a Ford vehicle. More

Worst Experience in my Life in buying a used car! On June 2015 I purchased for my 1st time a used car "As it" from Tropical Ford Orlando. I felt pressure from Sales I ended up purchasing a used car th On June 2015 I purchased for my 1st time a used car "As it" from Tropical Ford Orlando. I felt pressure from Sales I ended up purchasing a used car the same day I stopped by, they took my previous car licence plate and didn't want it to give it back to me. The car I purchased had the windshield LOSE AND ENGINE problems, they were very nasty in trying to help me they said "as it" and they were not in any obligation to help me. They did not provide me with a legal safety inspection in the car a purchased. In my opinion I would not recommend doing business with that dealership. More
