My intention was to buy a vehicle , I had done the research and was aware of the vehicles market value. Despite my interest and readiness to make a purchase , I was disappointed to find out that your dealership was unwilling to negotiate on the price of the vehicle especially after running my credit. . The inability to negotiate on a vehicle price left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It is disappointing to encounter such practices , especially when I was prepared to make a purchase. I kindly request that you review your dealership regarding pricing and consider how you can better accommodate customers in similar situations in the future. More
