The process was made quick and easy once we found what we were looking for. I also didn't meet with Jack Marsh so it was difficult to rate him. I was a little disappointed in the beginning since I knew what I was looking for and the dealership offered me options that were not even in the same category as what I was searching for. A Nissan Altima is not even in the same league with a Chevy Blazer. A Ford Explorer is a Ford not a Chevy. I know what I'm interested in and the price I can afford and offering me options that weren't even close was not helpful. In the end we were pleased with our purchase and the personnel at Mohawk Chevrolet. More
