Jack provided amazing customer service. We walked into the dealership without an appointment, and thanks to Jack, we walked away with a signed lease the same day. Jack showed us inventory online, both what the dealership had and what was en route. He was concise and thoughtful with the vehicle options. He listened to our needs and didn’t try to oversell us. We did a test drive and signed the paperwork. He even came to the bank with us to grab the certified check so we didn’t have to go back to the dealership. He also drove the car to our house two days later after it had been cleaned and inspected. That was super helpful!
