My sales professional Jack worked hard to ensure that my vehicle was delivered to me before Xmas and all DMV paperwork completed. The dealerships pricing is as is- so there is no haggle/negotiating. There was a nick on the paint which was to be touched up before delivery, but was an oversight. Jack mailed the paint with no problem.
