The first one was horrible, the second a little better, and finally found a dealer with the inventory and showroom you'd expect from a good car dealer. Our Lexus is from Bredemann as well, so we're familiar with the brand and had high expectations even for their Toyota dealership. We ended up working with Marzena for our purchase, and we were treated with respect. She wasn't pushy or condescending; she listened intently and answered every single question; she was patient; she was knowledgeable. All in all the process went as smoothly as it could have. The next day, she followed up with some information I asked about during the sale, but it wasn't something she could answer in the moment - so she emailed it to me the next day, which showed me that she's dedicated to her customers and wants to ensure a good experience. She let us take a couple of cars for a test drive and explained the features in detail. Ultimately the car we chose had a lot of technology in it and she was able to walk me through all the steps to set up Apple CarPlay, etc. I'm glad we found Bredemann Toyota and glad we found Marzena! Dave spent a lot of time with me going over options of buying a used Toyota or leasing a new vehicle. I found Dave to be down to earth, very thorough in explaining my options. Dave has a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the vehicles and their technology. The reason I gave a 5 star rating to Dave and Bredemann is that I could tell that Dave cares about his customer’s and he listens to them. Finally, I am so grateful to have a safe, smooth quiet ride in such a beautiful car. I also want to express my gratitude to Jack Prato in Finance. He was not high pressure but simply explained options that were available to me. After I finished signing all the paperwork, Dave then delivered the car. He took the time to go over all the features and let me know I could come back any time if I needed any further explanations.
