Friendly and Efficient Service! I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bredemann Toyota and was extremely satisfied with the entire experience! After submitting an application onl I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bredemann Toyota and was extremely satisfied with the entire experience! After submitting an application online, I was immediately contacted by a woman named Yuri. I wasn't able to come in until the next day. A wonderful man named Nestor greeted us and I immediately felt at ease. Although I could tell that he was very busy, he was accommodating and helped us in our unique situation. He guided me every step of the way and I truly felt like I was in good hands. I was also helped by Jesus in the Finance department. He was super friendly and efficient as well. I know that the car buying experience can sometimes be stressful and drag on for hours. Not with these guys. While still being professional, they made me feel relaxed. They were also extremely patient when I had to go back and change some things in my paperwork. Jesus prepared all of the paperwork ahead of time. Although he was busy with another customer, Jack (in finance) helped me sign the revised papers and had me out the door in no time. I would definitely recommend this dealership in the future.
