At Bredemann Toyota, our experience was, far and away, the best we have ever had at any brand dealer--anywhere--and over decades. Dave and Arnie presented as genuine human beings interested in meeting the customer's needs. Dave knows the Toyota products well, and he informed, educated, and counseled us in his role as sales person. It was clear that he was experienced, and we were the beneficiaries of his wisdom. We entered the dealership focused on a Highlander but unsure about which model. Dave Lurie and Arnie Rowen each exhibited great support, patience, and gave us plenty of elbow room as we contemplated and navigated the decision-making process. We test drove several vehicles and made two trips to Bredemann in the process. They were earnest in working with us to arrive at a mutually agreeable price point. Jack Prato made the "business end" of the purchase a most efficient few minutes, and then we were out the door. Dave kindly helped us with understanding the car's technology which was all new to us.
