The entire team were understanding of the substantial cost for my repairs and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave me options. I waited a couple weeks, but kept in touch with Jerry . We looked at a couple other Toyota models, but I kept coming back to the Prius just because it would be the BEST investment towards my future. On the second visit, after test driving 2 different new and used Corollas we were ready to make a deal. When the negotiating was complete it was really close to closing time and Jack Prato got us through he final paperwork quickly and efficiently, with some nice side-chat about growing up in Park Ridge It was late and when Jack Prato detailed the optional Toyota Certified Vehicle Service Agreement, it sounded good but we didn't want to decide immediately. Jack said no problem, just let me know within a day or two if you want to include this option They've got a beautiful facility, a good car selection and, most important, a great sales team. When we start looking for the next car, Bredemann Toyota Scion will be high on our list of dealers to visit.I hope Jerry will still be there as well.. More
