Unexpectedly Pleasent First Time Car Buying Experience Bredemann Toyota was recommended to me by some family members, including my grandmother who purchased a Camry here back in 2001. I took their advice a Bredemann Toyota was recommended to me by some family members, including my grandmother who purchased a Camry here back in 2001. I took their advice and decided to give them a shot. The location was convenient for me, which was a plus as well. The first day I went just to browse the selection and get a feel for the place. I was greeted by KP who showed me around some vehicles and answered questions. He did his job, to the fullest extent I can mean that, but never once was pressuring, unfriendly or made me feel uncomfortable. I got his card and went on my way. That weekend I went in to make my purchase. I had done a lot of prior research and knew exactly what I was looking for at this point, pretty much down to the exact vehicle in stock. This time KP was out, so I was introduced to Roger. Just like KP, Roger was helpful, easy to speak to, and did not make me feel uncomfortable in the least. We sat down, discussed the vehicle I was looking at, did some wheeling and dealing, and I came out with a deal in hand that was fair and within the price range I was willing to pay. After dealing with insurance and everything, which was a hassle, but of no fault of the dealer, I was able to take my new Corolla, which is fantastic, off the lot. The whole way though everyone I dealt with was patient and friendly, and most importantly no one struck me as sleazy or underhanded, which is the obvious stereotypes you might come to expect as a first timer who's only car dealership experiences come from movies and TV. All in all, I would certainly purchase from here again and I appreciate Roger, KP and the rest of the staff for providing a pleasant experience. More
