He took the time to answer all questions we had (and we had many), and did not become frustrated or impatient at our ignorance. He clearly and thoroughly explained all features of the vehicle. We have no complaints - it was a wonderful experience. As for Jack in Finance, he was also very patient and friendly - Finance can be very frustrating, but he made it easy and pleasant. More

Typical Dealership with Good Salesperson I gave 5 stars all around mostly because of the price I got and the salesperson I worked with (Dan Nozari). It's your typical "you make an offer and I gave 5 stars all around mostly because of the price I got and the salesperson I worked with (Dan Nozari). It's your typical "you make an offer and the salesperson goes to the wizard behind the curtain" and you usually don't like what the wizard says. Dan was great, though. There was no pressure and Dan seemed like he really wanted you to have a good experience. If there was any issue, Dan fixed it no questions asked. I would have no reservations dealing with Dan again. The finance manager (Jack P.) seemed a bit impatient and seems to prefer an expeditious signage of paperwork. To deviate from that plan may mean you get pencil tapping on the desk and a bit of condescension as he explains how things work as if you, the buyer, should have known the ins and outs of buying a new car. I guess most people just want to sign and be done and for those people, the experience would be top notch I'm sure. As for the detailers, I guess if the car is new, it doesn't need much attention. The dust on the dash was mostly wiped off and the car was good to go. A wash and a wax was wishful thinking on my part. The receptionist came off as rude. I don't recall her name. She seemed like she was there for the paycheck and felt overworked and/or under-appreciated. This became evident when she spoke. That was just my impression. As for the sales manager, (Don Z.) well, I didn't see him much. He came back with a higher price, which is his job I guess, but eventually he relented and let me go with the deal I was previously quoted. That made him good in my book. The most important part of my buying experience is, and always will be, the bottom line price. Bredemann let me out the door with the price I wanted so I am giving it a good rating. More

The staff was so attentive to quickly respond to any questions I had. Even on the day of the sale, Paul (sales) and Jack (finance) were very pleasant to work with. I felt I received good customer service throughout the sale, however, that commitment to customer satisfaction ended the moment I drove the vehicle off the lot. When I purchased the vehicle, it came with a 2 month / 2000 mile warranty to cover repairs to the engine and transmission. When I bought the vehicle, the wood trim panel around the gearshift was somewhat scratched up....almost as if someone had used too abrasive of a cleanser on it. I ordered a replacement trim from Mercedes....not a big deal. When I took it to MB service to have it installed, they did a complimentary inspection of the vehicle and found that my centrifuge cover was leaking (part of the engine....an oil separator) as well as the transfer case (part of the AWD/transmission system). I contacted Bredemann about having these repaired under the warranty that came with the vehicle. It took multiple emails and phone calls to finally be told they would not cover the repairs. I guess the honeymoon was over. Before the sale...I got almost an immediate response to my emails. After the sale...it took multiple attempts to get a response. Had I bought the vehicle AS IS-NO WARRANTY, I probably wouldn't be upset over this situation. However, don't sell me a vehicle with a warranty and then tell me that covered parts/services are not covered. Paul told me that the general manager, Don, told him the repairs would not be covered. After a strongly worded email, I received a response from Don stating he was out of town and just now getting involved in my case. Funny....he wasn't out of town according to Paul's email. The bottom line....I will never do business with Bredemann again and I encourage everyone reading this to do the same. They make you feel like you're the most important person in the world but quickly develop amnesia the moment you drive off the lot. Their commitment to customer satisfaction ends the moment you sign the bill of sale. More

My wife and I were looking for a new SUV after ours got totaled. We compared 5 different vehicles in that same medium classification. After sitting down with Paul Costouros who took alot of time and went o totaled. We compared 5 different vehicles in that same medium classification. After sitting down with Paul Costouros who took alot of time and went over all the options, cargo space....maintenance package, no pressure, we narrowed it down to the Highlander and the Pathfinder. The Highlander had a softer ride, about the same options AND we got 0% interest for 60 months. Thanks to Paul for all the time he took and the sales manager for a great deal. I finally have my first new Toyota. More

Shopping for a car can be a great experience or it can be a worst experience in your life. It all depends on a dealership and their goal to be honest or just to sell a car. I purchased a new 2013 Toyota Hi a worst experience in your life. It all depends on a dealership and their goal to be honest or just to sell a car. I purchased a new 2013 Toyota Highlander at Bredemann in Park Ridge. I have bought a number of cars in my lifetime and this is my first review. I decided to write this because this was my best car buying experience ever. The SUV I purchased is a heavily discounted base model. Doing my research beforehand I know the price is unbelievable. From the salesman Nester to Tran in financing and all other staff they were very polite and professional. I have a bankruptcy on my name and they still found me low financing (well under 5%). My whole process took two days as the dealership found me the color I wanted at another dealer and had it delivered the next day. The two visits I spent there I saw the salesmen tell other potential customers to stick with their current car as they would lose on trade in. Dealerships typically care to make a sale. These people want people you to be happy and not to regret the buy a few weeks later. I also have a 2012 Chevy Equionx that I service at Bredemann Chevy next door. That service department is great as well. They are on time and honest. I took my Chevy there two times and was very pleased. That was the main reason why I went to Bredemann Toyota. More

My wife and I had not bought a car in over 10 years and were not looking forward to the experience. We wanted a Toyota because of their high quality and went to Bredemann initially because we live in Park were not looking forward to the experience. We wanted a Toyota because of their high quality and went to Bredemann initially because we live in Park Ridge where the dealership was located. The process from beginning to end was painless and easy. Angelo was patient and informative and Jack was great in explaining all options on either buying or leasing. In the end we got the car we wanted for a great price and monthly payment and we could not be any happier. We are customers for life. More

I have to tell you - I was not looking forward to buying a new car. It always stresses me out! My experience with Gene and Jack at Bredemann Toyota was pretty pleasant overall. Of course you still have t a new car. It always stresses me out! My experience with Gene and Jack at Bredemann Toyota was pretty pleasant overall. Of course you still have to negotiate, but Gene didn't make us sit and wait for hours while we were going back and forth on the price. Then when we went into Jack's office to talk about financing, we weren't pressured into anything we didn't want. I feel like we got a fair deal on our new Prius C and we were in and out of there within about two hours from test drive through going out the door. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! More
