I came in to buy a Ford Maverick XL at or near MSRP. I clarified that I had low expectations, did not want any frills or extras, and they helped me make a factory order. They offered me additional services but did not push anything. The day I came in to get my car, they rolled out a red carpet, put my name on a sign, and welcomed me into the building.
