Service has declined in the 5 years I have been going to this location. Service personnel did not explain much pertaining to the repairs. A Very Disappointed Experience I'm so not happy with my recent visit for service to get an oil change. First of all, how do you set an appointment for oil changes when your driving I'm so not happy with my recent visit for service to get an oil change. First of all, how do you set an appointment for oil changes when your driving habits change from month to month? On my last visit the service guy set an oil change appointment for October 27, however when that date arrived, I was no where near an oil change based on the mileage. My recent visit I was turned away for an oil change because I didn't have an appointment. I've been doing business with this service dept for over 10 years through 3 Toyota cars and never experienced service like this before. Needless to say, I went elsewhere for service and mentioned to the service tech I will not be coming back again. So disappointing. Since this survey will not allow me to submit without selecting individuals that worked with me, which were none because I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment, I selected all individuals in the service.
