We would never advise a customer to lie to their finance company, nor intentionally damage their vehicle. We apologize that the repairs we did on good faith weren't done to the best of our ability the first time, but we believe we adequately fixed our mistakes upon realization and helped make your vehicle look like new in the portion that was damaged. I am not surprised that your Fiance Department would lie to you about having told me "Why did you tell Wells Fargo you were going to drive Uber with the car? I wish I had prepped you for that call and told you not to tell them you drive Uber, but I never expected them to call you." Aka you should have lied to Wells Fargo. Heck they then had me call the guy at Well Fargo back and try to reverse the damage. So call it what you may but it was your fiance department asking me to lie to a prospective lender.

Thank you. If my wife had been treated with respect and our business appreciated the first time that she was there she would not be driving another 100 miles round trip and wasting another day sitting and waiting. And if Ryan had made the right decision in the first place, we wouldn't have been wasting all of our time. The service tech told my wife that Ryan was the one that made the decision to tell her that we bought the car "As Is" and send her on her way. I will wait to see if this works out before I make contact with anyone else in regards to this incident. Thank you again for your help.
