Thanks to Jack Utz! I walked into Nissan of Cool Springs as a first time car buyer and walked out completely satisfied with both my experience and my purchase. Jack was extremely knowledgeable on the inventory of cars at the dealership and made sure to answer any questions I had while shopping. Unlike many horror stories I have heard about your "typical" car salesman, Jack was very helpful and allowed me to think through all my choices and arrive at my own decision without feeling any pressure. I would definitely recommend visiting Nissan of Cool Springs if you are in the market for a new vehicle. They were extremely helpful and I could not be happier with my new Nissan Rogue. More

Thanks Jack Utz for all your help!! After looking for almost a year for a vehicle I finally found a Nissan I really liked. I went to two other dealerships and the experience was not good. I decided to try one last dealer and went to Cool Springs where I was met by Jack Utz. I could not be happier with the experience I had at this dealership or with the professionalism of the people working there. I would recommend Jack and Cool Springs to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! More

Need to work on price competitiveness Jack Utz was very nice and friendly and I expected a great deal since there lot has "700" plus cars; however, they were priced way higher than Gallati Jack Utz was very nice and friendly and I expected a great deal since there lot has "700" plus cars; however, they were priced way higher than Gallatin, Murfreesboro, and Cookeville (keep in mind, this was end of the month and heavy negotiations had already taken place with all dealerships via, phone text and e-mail). I love my new Rogue SL w/ premium package and I was very happy with the price paid. Almond interior looks great, but be ready with wipes to clean up stains from clothing dye or spills. More

Jack Utz made the experience very personal and we felt he always had our best interest in mind. He was very knowledgable about the product and services of his dealership and was great in working with a very hesitant and headstrong consumer. The dealership itself has been exceptional in all of our correspondence and follow ups. Everyone was very helpful and poilte. More

We drove into the dealership and walked into the showroom to inquire about the Nissan Rogue. Jack Utz greeted us and then waited for us to tell him about our car interest. He was the friendliest person I hav to inquire about the Nissan Rogue. Jack Utz greeted us and then waited for us to tell him about our car interest. He was the friendliest person I have ever encountered in sales. He was very patient and waited for us to ask questions but steered us to the cars we inquired. Every question we asked he had knowledge to answer. We had plenty of time to look and test drive the vehicle and never felt pressured to buy nor received a sales pitch. We traded a car and Jack and Steve were very fair in negotiations. Jack has followed up with us and gave us his card if we have further questions. He was helpful in setting up the Bluetooth with my phone and was available if I had other questions. He pointed out a few other things about the car to help me adjust to the new vehicle. I highly recommend Jack to any potential car buyers! When I called my mom to tell her about the new car, she even drove an hour and bought one from Jack also. I trusted Jack to be fair with my mother and he helped her above and beyond any other salesman ever. Great place to do business! More

I would only recommend this dealership because of the service we received from Jack (salesman). He was a pleasure to work with and offered superior service. However, I believe the dealership overall li service we received from Jack (salesman). He was a pleasure to work with and offered superior service. However, I believe the dealership overall likes to "play" games with sales prices and financing options. If we were not 100% committed to Nissan, we would have not purchased this vehicle. After negotiating a final price, the Finance Manager tried to increase our payment and terms offering the dealership over $1700 more over the terms that were previously agreed upon. We do not appreciate this type of "bait and switch" tactics that some dealerships try on consumers. When in a position to purchase another vehicle, we will have to think long and hard before coming back to Cool Springs Nissan again. Our recommendation is to treat customers with respect and understand they may be smarter than you actually believe. These types of "games" give dealerships a black eye and ultimately will hurt their bottom line more than the possible $1700 that was tried against us. I hope this feedback is received by those with decision making power to make the dealership more customer friendly and change their processes before this type of scenario doesn't ruin their business too much. More
