After making the arrangement with Jason Eisnor, I made the 4.5 hour trip from NJ to MA, and im glad I did. Kelly VW went above & beyond to ensure that I was happy with the purchase, and even after the deal was done was very helpful in a couple extras, and even delivering the car to be in NJ the next day. Jackie Amodeo was my sales rep for the purchase and made himself available anytime by phone or text, and was able to answer any questions I had, and give me updates. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling (not something I can say about a lot of other dealers I have visited), and he is honest when follows through when he says he is going to do something, again, not something I have seen in many other dealers. Overall, I am overwhelmingly pleased with the entire team at Kelly VW of Danvers, MA. If you are considering taking a trip to buy a car from them, it is well worth it! Thanks again Kelly VW! More

We were under the gun and wanting to purchase a new 2015 Jetta S by the weekend and it was already Thursday. He was friendly and professional, straightforward with what they could offer us - and still was willing to go the extra mile to not only to get us a better deal financially but also got the exact make and model that we wanted. We were able to sign paperwork the very next day for exactly the terms we'd agreed on and since they didn't have the model on site he arranged to have it available for us to pick up early the next week as it had to be shipped from a different location. Kendra, the financial specialist, walked us through the VW financing paperwork, explaining out the details and making sure that we understood exactly what we were signing. She also described the various deals we could get applied to the car before we took it home. When we went to pick up the car, it was freshly washed, gassed up and ready to go. We are very happy with the car, and really appreciate their effort, professionalism, and friendly customer service. More

Within moments of making the phone call to see if the vehicle we had our eyes on was available, I received a call from Jackie letting me know he was getting it ready so we could go for a drive when we arrived. We hit awful traffic on our way from RI resulting in us arriving a good half hour after closing time. Jackie never made us feel rushed through our visit to Kelly VW. In fact, upon returning from a quick test drive, we made the decision that this vehicle was going to be ours. We did not leave Kelly VW that evening until nearly 8:30 (now two and a half hours after closing time!). I jumped for joy when Jackie said he would have to deliver the vehicle to RI, saving me another trip. Jackie kept in touch to make sure the delivery and experience at the RI DMV was a piece of cake. Even though Jackie could not make the trip on the day I wanted to take possession of the vehicle he made sure to ensure that all of his ducks were in a row for a simple and quick transaction. We are only slightly disappointed that Kelly VW is not closer to home! Would highly recommend Jackie and the great team at Kelly VW for anyone who is in the market for a new or used (CPO) VW. More

The internet sales consultant, Christopher Moore, was polite, helpful, and straightforward. He facilitated the bargaining process and was quick. Jackie Amodeo, "my" sales consultant, was also polite, helpful, and straightforward. He seemed committed to making the whole process smooth and fast. Kendra Milan, the business manager, was polite and efficient (time-wise). However, I didn't appreciate the high-pressure sales tactic I suspect she is forced to engage in to get customers to buy the add-ons. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the rides with Jose Villada, the service technician, and Charles Martin, the service porter. Both lovely gents and good conversationalists. Things went sour when the wire transfer went through and I inquired about picking up the car. I found out that I was going to be made to wait an extra day because Jackie had a day off. I have no qualms with Jackie or his day off, but that shouldn't affect my ability to drive away with the car. Also, something a little odd happened. After I found out about the delay, Jackie emailed me to let me know the car would be available (again, a day later than was necessary). At best, this was a miscommunication. At worst, an underhanded attempt to save face. Before going any further, I will admit that my tone wasn't the most endearing after I found out I would have to wait one extra day for no good reason. Anyway, when I spoke with Brenden Kelly, the sales manager, I was made to feel like my request to pick the car up sooner rather than later was an inconvenience to the dealership. Even better, I got the impression that I was being granted a favor when Brenden was able to make the pick-up happen. Brenden's unaccommodating attitude really rubbed me the wrong way. A final "Thank you" to Josh Cone, another sales consultant who pinch-hit for Jackie in his absence. Josh showed me the car and saw me on my way. He helped take away some of the sting. More

Before we walked into the dealership Brenden greeted us and asked if he could help us out at all. He showed us the car that we were interested in and let us take it out for a test drive by ourselves, this and asked if he could help us out at all. He showed us the car that we were interested in and let us take it out for a test drive by ourselves, this is an important aspect and I refuse to buy from dealers who don't allow it. Anyways, he was friendly and informative and we had a nice experience with him. When I returned to the dealership to give them the opportunity to sell me the car we wanted Brenden was out for his honeymoon and so I worked with Jackie. Jackie is a friendly, nice young man who was able to work with me to get a price that I was comfortable with for the car we wanted. My only frustration was a confusion which showed the color we wanted was on the lot but it wasn't and we needed to wait almost a week for it to arrive. Jackie went out of his way to set us up with a loaner for the interim which worked out just fine. I would give Kelly the opportunity to earn my business again. More

This is my second purchase of a Volkswagen this year. Jackie has been my Sales Rep and Matt is the General Manager on both purchases. I had emailed Jose a few times regarding a Used 2011 Jetta that I was interested in. I live in Vermont and had planned to drive down to look at the car.
