Then her and CJ contacted the bank and wresled with them until they gave in with a lower interest rate. CJ text me with the new offer and I had to take the deal. Then there was Antonette to walk me through the whole procedure to close. But wait, there's more.... Even after the close there was a problem with the stereo in the RAV4. She set up an appointment with service right away and are in the process of getting the stereo replaced. Nobody can expect this kind of dedication to the service offered to people that are just trying to get through these hard times we face!! Good job team!! 5star all the way!! Scott Franklin More

I was very excited and encouraged with the way my sales department contact kept in touch with me through calls/texts prior to the moment I walked into the sales room for a test drive. Once I showed up I was passed off to someone else, her work partner. I immediately felt uncomfortable and a little deceived. During the test drive when I would ask questions he would give vague answers and just say "it's a used car, that was after market." I did end up purchasing a 2010 Kia Soul from them. There were a few noises that needed to be inspected, but my sales person never told the manager about it so it was not taken care of prior to me picking up the car. I was allowed to take the car home Saturday night and told to drive it back the next day to drop it off for service to check it on Monday. I went to start the car on Sunday and it wouldn't start. I immediately contacted Honda Clearwater and it took until Tuesday for the car to get picked up. By this time I was frustrated and did not have confidence in the car or in the dealership. I would get emails and text that they were busy and would contact me by a certain time, that time would come and I would have to call/email back to get an update. I cancelled the sale and thankfully I did get a full refund, since I paid cash. It did take an extra 10 days to get the amount I wrote a check for, but I did get all of my money. More
