All the people we worked with - the salespeople, manager, F&I guy - were all very nice and professional. I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to going back to the dealership for my larger mai F&I guy - were all very nice and professional. I hate buying new cars, the dealers try beating you up for an extra 100 or 200 dollars, offer you nothing for your trade, try and force you into paint sealant and extended warranties and lock you up in th for an extra 100 or 200 dollars, offer you nothing for your trade, try and force you into paint sealant and extended warranties and lock you up in the show room until you agree to their terms. I can tell you, I experienced none of this at Wilde Subaru. The entire team and process was fair. I walked out not feeling beaten up. These guys are good. More

Jackie was great to work with and very responsive to questions. She is a very knowledgeable salesperson who returned calls and emails in a very timely manner. My wife and I were in the market for a new Subaru Ouback since about early spring.We had initially gone to Wilde Subaru due to the fact that it was convienient to get to.There we were introduced to Jackie C since about early spring.We had initially gone to Wilde Subaru due to the fact that it was convienient to get to.There we were introduced to Jackie Coby.She was very knowledgeable about the Subaru line.We were very comfortable talking to her.We took an Ouback for a test drive but didn't purchase one at that time.There was no pressure to buy,which really caught me off guard.We did stay in contact with Jackie for a few months,but then just stayed put as far as a purchase decision went.Then came Sept.It was the right time for the purchase and we again talked to Jackie.Our whole experience with the purchase was great.I thought we didn't haggle enough on price,but then again,we didn't have to.We went in armed with Kelly Blue Book price information,and came out with a better deal than we thought was possible.Thankyou to Jackie and the rest of the Wilde staff for a really pleasant experience! After lots of research my wife & I decided to purchase a Subaru Outback with manual transmission, which is hard to find. We worked with a local dealer and also contacted every Subaru dealership within a reasonable driving distance of our city. Christine Glass, the on-line representative at Wilde, was very responsive and went out of her way to identify a vehicle for us. Jackie Cobey, the sales representative, was extremely helpful when we arrived to purchase the Outback. We would highly recommend Wilde to anyone looking for efficient, friendly service. And incidentally, they also had the best price. A winning combination for us. More

Salesperson was very knowledgeable, providing much and excellent information about the vehicles. Price was excellent, also. We bought our first Subaru from Wilde in 2009, and we were very happy with the new Outback and the service and kindness we received from Jackie Cobey, our sales rep, and others in the Wilde organization, were very happy with the new Outback and the service and kindness we received from Jackie Cobey, our sales rep, and others in the Wilde organization,that when we decided to make a trade we of course came back to Wilde. It seems that everyone you see that drives a Subaru is quick to tell you how much they love their Subaru. That's the reason why Subaru adopted the "love your Subaru theme" in its advertising. The company smartly listened to what their customers were saying. We just took delivery of our new 2011 Outback and,well,it's love all over again. I enjoyed Jackie's style, she educated me answered questions and was not high pressure. You can telll she is knowledable and works hard for her customers. I do not enjoy the old school game playing- with Jackie having to take a reasonable offer to someone else to make a decison and then return to me to give me his decision. This was our first Subaru purchase. We had done some earlier research and knew what we were looking for when we came in. Jackie was able to show us a vehicle that was right in line with what we were lo earlier research and knew what we were looking for when we came in.
