I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and Adam met all of my expectations-the beautiful car with the upgrades, money down, payments, etc. I usually get stressed with a headache when I go into a car dealer. I actually had a great time with this car experience with a cup of coffee too! Adam and his team made it fun and enjoyable. Service is key-always friendly, with a smile, fast, and no issues. I will return to Adam when I am ready for my next car. Loving the one I just got!! More

Jackie takes wonderful care of my car After being told I could not buy 'my' car, Joe Politi was very patient and helped me buy the car that I wanted which happened to be the one I had leas After being told I could not buy 'my' car, Joe Politi was very patient and helped me buy the car that I wanted which happened to be the one I had leased. When I went to get the car after the inspection, everything was fine EXCEPT three days after I picked it up, I found a small dent in my hood that I know was not there when I brought the car in. I believe the dent WAS there when I picked up the car, but I just didn't see it. Only because of Jackie in Service, would I rate this service center 5 stars. More

Excellent service We have been a Customer for past 18 years. We have worked with Dennis Stout on each of our new Mercedes which we lease every 2 to 3 years. My husband and I drive Mercedes and they just seem to get better and better! Dennis Stout is extremely knowledgeable and service oriented. It doesn't get better I have been dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Naples for 40+ years , and each year my experience gets even better. The service dept. is the number one re I have been dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Naples for 40+ years , and each year my experience gets even better. The service dept. is the number one reason for my loyalty. All my service managers have been excellent and Chuck Searles tops them all. I just bought 2 Mercedes and both salespersons were outstanding ! They made buying a car a positive and happy experience , for someone like me who doesn't like spending money on cars, this was a first class experience. The management of this dealership is the best. More

Exceed my expectations Jonathan was excellent to work with. We bought the car sight unseen, without a test drive. Everything was exactly as we were told.
