I did a lot of research online through Consumer Reports, decided on a Forester, and was put in touch with Sellers Subaru. I haven't had great experiences in years past buying new cars, so this time I steeled myself for an anticipated unpleasant experience with a "hard sell" approach and pressure tactics. However, to my pleasant surprise, Jackie Elicea completely changed my impresssion and views on purchasing a new car; she was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about a product she clearly feels strongly about and enjoys selling. She epitomizes what apparently is a new shift or approach I've heard many dealerships are experimenting with--a no pressure, friendly buying experience for the customer. She at all times exuded an air of wanting above all else to assist, guide, and inform the customer about the product. I also appreciate the repeated follow up emails and calls from her even after the sale was completed and the vehicle was out the door--she clearly wants the customer's whole buying experience to be pleasant and memorable. After my experience at Sellers, and particularly with Jackie, I consider myself a future repeat customer, and I will take pleasure in referring anyone else I can to Jackie so they might have the same positive experience I had. Great Service on a pre-owned vehicle I recently went through the process of purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership, a Toyota Tacoma. I had been looking for one for about two month I recently went through the process of purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership, a Toyota Tacoma. I had been looking for one for about two months when I saw the one for sale at Sellers. These trucks go quickly, so I went out there as soon as I could to look at the truck. I was greeted by Jackie Elicea. I think she understood that I did all my research and I knew what I was looking for. And because of this, she didn't pressure me into anything about the car; which was fantastic. From looking at the car, to putting a deposit down, to picking it up a week later; the entire process was seamless and Jackie was a huge help. Will be recommending this dealership in the future. More

I secured funds by Wednesday and picked up a perfect auto from Jackie. With only 5400 miles it is a great buy and the dealership was business like and professional. WOULD RECOMMEND ANY TIME!!! More
