What a great experience!! Have just bought two vehicles from this dealership in the last month. Jon Jenson is a fantastic and obviously hard working sales manager. Josie Carill Have just bought two vehicles from this dealership in the last month. Jon Jenson is a fantastic and obviously hard working sales manager. Josie Carillo, the sales associate that sold my son his truck, was easy to work with and went out of his way to make things right for us. Jackie Mercer was the sales associate that sold me his car and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Both were very pleasant to deal with. Karla Corralejo, in finance, was extremely nice!!!When I picked up my car I had trouble figuring out the sync system since it was slightly different than my previous Ford. John Huey came out to help me with setting this up and was very pleasant and patient with me while we set this up. All in all this was a very pleasant experience with warm and ki d people to deal with. I highly recommend Grand Prairie Ford!!!! More
