I've purchased a couple of Toyota before, and a Jeep last year. I can say that I don't remember the person that assisted, since the interactions were forgettable at best. But I'll remember Ken. Hugely impressed and grateful, specially since it was our first purchase in the States. He made things so easy and make me feel confident and appreciated the whole time.
