I worked with Robert Saponari for all three times of me getting a vehicle from this dealership. Every time that I have come here I have gone to him because he is a very kind and knowledgeable person. He is also very honest and works his best to get the best deal . I will never go to any other manufacturer of vehicle and I will always choose Metro Toyota. Robert most recently got me into a 2021 Rav4 LE Lease during a time where these vehicles are very scarce in availability from the manufacturer due to the delays the pandemic having caused. I was lucky enough to have a chance to take one home with a short wait time thanks to Robert and working with me on finding one. I recommend anyone veteran or new to car buying to go with a Toyota and to go with Metro Toyota in Brookpark OH, and while you're there look for Robert Saponari or any of the other excellent team members there. They will ensure you get the best customer service and will answer any of your questions. I am a very satisfied customer since 2013 when I got my first Toyota there. More

I had a wonderful experience with Metro Toyota and my salesman, Ken K. I visited several area Toyota dealers looking to buy a certified used Toyota Sienna. I was ignored and no one helped me. I do not know why I did not get any attention when I went to the other car dealerships. When I went to Metro Toyota, Ken listened intently to my needs and what I wanted. We looked at minivans (which was my original intent to buy) but I ended buying a 4Runner instead. It was the best decision and purchase ever. From start to finish, everyone I encountered and dealt with was very nice and accommodating. The loan officer and I even went to the same college and was chatting up old times! From starting to look for a car and test driving to finishing up the transaction and signing the paperwork, you're experience will be very positive. Metro Toyota will be my dealership for life! I will not be going anywhere else. More

The salesman that I leased each and every time with is Robert Saponari . He always tried to get the best deal for me when possible. No issues at all. He's a fine salesman. Beside that all the employees at Metro are a friendly bunch. whether I'm in the showroom or service department having my car's service and the Internet department in Live Chat are courteous and friendly, what more do I need. You know that Metro Toyota are one of the top dealers in Ohio. So far I'm enjoying my new Camry SE. Having the paperwork done from Ryan Schneider after sales was a pleasure as well. More
