It’s HORRIBLE ! !! It takes for ever to take care of your car. No one is responsive to your phone calls or text messages including the manager of this place. We have !! We have been their customers for almost 20 years, but this place has been getting worse and worse since couple years ago. Now taking our car to this place is like a nightmare for us. We absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! I wish someone in higher place could fix this situation. More

Absolutely great experience. The service advisor was very thorough and talked me through what the car needed and what it didn’t. He wasn’t trying to sell me stuff like other deal The service advisor was very thorough and talked me through what the car needed and what it didn’t. He wasn’t trying to sell me stuff like other dealerships do. He even suggested certain things that could wait until the next time because of my minimal driving. I’d rather work with a dealership that is honest, renders excellent customer service and is customer focused……and not all about making money. Always been a great experience at Atlanta classic and I know this location will continue to excel in their service. From the guy who received my car, the service advisor (Jackson), the person who gave me my loaner car, the lady who took care of the invoices, to the person who handed me my keys before I left….fantastic customer experience. I will continue to take my car to this dealership. More
