He was always accessible by phone or text and really helped me land on the right lease terms — getting me the car I wanted at a price that fit my budget. I was pleasantly surprised by the vehicle delivery process. John Van Derburgh walked me through everything and made sure I actually understood all the features before I drove off, which a lot of dealerships either rush through or skip altogether.
