This was our first experience with Heritage Ford. The communication was excellent, did not feel pressured. Jackson’s eagerness for meeting our wants and needs was superior. His attention to details, The communication was excellent, did not feel pressured. Jackson’s eagerness for meeting our wants and needs was superior. His attention to details, product knowledge and follow-ups are remarkable. It was Jackson’s follow-up call after our initial visit that led to us finalizing the sale. He has made us feel like valued customers. We are hopeful future interactions with Heritage Ford will be as pleasant and positive. More
