Our sales associate, Jackson, was attentive, patient, and detail oriented. He took the time to explore what type of vehicle we wanted, whether we wanted a new or used vehicle, what vehicle options we wanted, and what we were comfortable with spending. Jackson gave my wife and me the time to discuss our respective concerns with each other, and he was responsive to our questions and concerns. We felt no pressure to make decisions as Jackson presented us with various vehicles to choose from. He gave us copies of window stickers for new vehicles, and for used vehicles he wrote out basic spec sheets & provided CarFax reports. We felt that we had the flexibility and freedom to consider our options without feeling pressured. When we decided on a vehicle and the specific options that mattered most to us, Jackson found a car that was a great match and we were provided a fair and straight forward purchase price. When discussing financing, extended warranty, and other vehicle protection options, we met with Michael who was thorough, transparent, and also gave us the time and flexibility to make decisions we felt were right for us according to our preferences and budget.
